Aerial Circus Instruction

Aerial Circus is one of the most fun and rewarding ways to increase strength, flexibility, and the connection between mind and body. The stretches and exercises we do are designed to improve posture and prevent misalignment issues. Classes create a safe and supportive environment, where we learn to appreciate our own innate abilities, identify and challenge our limitations, while having a ton of fun!

Students learn skills close to the ground before trying them at height. Classes are limited to small number of students, to allow for the maximum personal attention. We emphasize injury prevention and technique, while taking measured risks.
