Yoga and Movement

In our culture, “fitness” is often geared towards burning the most calories, building muscle quickly, or reaching specific goals in the shortest period of time.  Postural balance and body-wide health are often overlooked.

For this, an individualized approach is required as our the specific challenges and compensations vary.  We offer several movement options to help reinforce manual therapies, or to be used alone.

The combination of movement and manual therapies is the most effective way to “change your body about your mind.”
