Individualized Yoga Sessions
Today yoga is most often practiced in the context of a large group class. While this offers wonderful physiological benefits, it can sometimes reinforce postural misalignment and compensations.
We offer yoga sessions targeted towards providing you the modifications and adjustments you need for your own unique pattern in order to get the most benefit out of your regular practice while minimizing the risk of injury.
Yoga sessions can either stand alone, or can be undertaken in the context of the KMI Series, in which case the sessions are designed to mirror and reinforce the work of the previous session, while preparing the body for the next session.
