Fascial Fitness

unnamedFascial Fitness© is a system of movement exercises and principles that seeks to train the body-wide fascial (connective tissue) network in targeted way.  Developed by fascia researcher Dr. Robert Schleip and master movement teacher and body therapist Divo Mueller, the system blends the latest scientific findings with a practical, challenging, and fun movement system.

Fascial Fitness can be taught as its own class, and the principles can be applied to any movement activity – yoga, running, Pilates, strength training, and more.

We offer one-on-one instruction in Fascial Fitness, either as a stand-alone lesson, or to support the work of KMI Structural Integration.  We also offer classes and group lessons tailored to a variety of activities.
